All sessions are customized and include any combination/integration of Counseling, Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, Meditation, Energy Medicine and expressive arts. Sessions are 75 minutes long. See below for phone session rates and keep in mind that if you are away, you can always substitute an in-person session with a phone session.

Single Sessions:

This can be a good way to get started if you are not sure about committing to a package, or if you just want check in sessions every once in a while.


3 Session Package:
$255 ($85 per session)
This program will support you in laying the foundation for your personal growth and healing. We will explore and work with your goals and challenges and you will learn tools for meditation, relaxation, grounding and manifestation to practice and use on your own. This package includes one email check-in between each session.



5 Session Package:
$400 ($80 per session)
Get ready for spring! With this package, you will notice results in a shorter amount of time by committing 5 weeks to your personal growth. This program is individually tailored to help you to reach your goals for health, happiness, inspiration and success. Included in this package are 2 email check-ins between each session for support and feedback.



10 Session Package:
$700 ($70 per session)
This is the rockstar package. You will notice results in the shortest amount of time by deepening your commitment to your healing process. During this 2.5 month program, your insights and sense of clarity will be unbelievably profound, affecting all areas of your life. In addition to following a custom designed plan for success (in your career, relationship, health and other personal goals), you will learn and practice tools for grounding, inspiration and integration, which you can utilize on your own to bridge the gap in-between sessions. Included in this package is unlimited email access to contact me for support and feedback.



20 Session Package:
$1,300 ($65 per session)
The ultimate diamond level! By committing and showing up for this 5 month program, your life will change drastically. With a newfound sense of clarity and empowerment, you will wake up every morning feeling alive and grateful! This program includes everything listed in the above programs along with exclusive tools and educational materials (books, handouts, notebooks), that will help you to acheive your goals. I will give you extra support and feedback through the unlimited phone and email access you have to me.



Phone Sessions:
$70 per session (packages are available, please contact for more info)
For those who live far away or who cannot make it to in person sessions, I offer 60-75 minute phone sessions. This can include an
initial consultation to map out goals and obstacles, guided hypnosis/meditation, coaching and one email check-in between sessions.



Rhythm and Drum Lessons:
$40 per session (sessions are 60 minutes long)
$185 for five session package
