I am an artist, musician, co-founder of the non-profit program, Awakening Through Art and board member of Children's Path Program. I am a certified hypnotherapist with over ten years of experience studying music, dance, therapeutic and meditative techniques from around the world.

I hold a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Psychophysiology and an MA in Counseling, Somatic and Transpersonal Psychology. I recently completed my MFT traineeship at the JFKU Oakland Center for Holistic Counseling. I have worked in schools and group homes as a teacher and youth counselor and I give rhythm and percussion lessons for people of all ages (including the Sufi frame drum, doumbak and djembe).

In my private practice in the Mission district of San Francisco, I integrate depth hypnosis, music and sound, somatic and transpersonal psychology, mysticism and art. I specialize in working with anxiety and grounding, breathing patterns, depression, creative blocks and lack of inspiration, Kundalini, sexuality, trauma and reprogramming of core beleifs from a deep somatic/nervous system level.
